Our promise to you is that your order will arrive within 1 to 7 working days of your purchase for Europe-wide delivery. International shipments can take up to 14 days to deliver. Pre-orders and Curated Items

For specially curated items and pre-orders, we need a bit more time. We promise that your order will arrive within 1 to 3 weeks (21 days) of your purchase. We will keep you notified along the way. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and collected by our courier, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund:

• All tags must still be attached
• The garment must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

To return an item, simply contact us first. We will then send you a free return shipping label for postage. Please do not send the item back without the label, as we cannot cover unauthorised shipping costs.
